"POOR management skills 0.00% - Katya; POOR customer service skills 0.00% - Jayde, afraid to say "Thank you" after transaction, instead she pushes the bag towards me and mumbles "mmmhmm"! I asked for manager [Katya], and shared the experience before leaving the store. Her reply, "it was her way of saying thank you"!! I had to ask her twice if she heard what she just spewed to me. Unbelievable and unfortunate, that customer service skills and manners are not followed at this Gateway, Fredericksburg VA location, especially by management, who should be LEADING the way. "The big issue for me is this is the third time I’ve had hair in my food from this Chipotle. The staff does Half portions of everything, restaurant is dirty, and I always get charged the wrong amount. Management needs to do better because $18 for a bowl with just chicken isn’t right."
"Got take out and got in my car to find that my bowl wasn’t even filled halfway. Really stingy on portion sizes, or at least inconsistent. My husband’s bowl was three times heavier than mine. His was $9 and I paid over $14 for this bowl. For that price, I would’ve expected to receive a reasonable amount of food."
"I ordered from here one weekday for my wife to pick up… I ordered their chicken bowl with rice, as well as their red tomatillo salsa and a side of gauc… The chicken was excellent! The entire chicken bowl was very tasty and substantial!! The red tomatillo salsa was extremely spicy, probably the spiciest sauce that any American chain sells! But the side of guac looked like it was leftover from last night… it had way too much black parts in it – YUCK!!! My bag of chips that came with the meal were great, nicely seasoned, but it’s sad that the guac was HORRIBLE!!! Would I go back – Definitely!
