"The autoimmune support group is disorganized, no focus on any topic, attendees talk about non-related autoimmune disease issues. There is no facilitation to guide the discussion, no helpful tips or information. I was very disappointed. This is the response from the Global Autoimmune Institute: "Thank you for your feedback. The support group is participant-led and because we cannot offer medical advice, the moderator is there to facilitate dialogue between participants to share, learn and connect with each other. We are sorry you did not find this helpful. " They did not address my concerns nor they did express awnyh concern about making the support group better and addressing the concerns of the participants. I would think any non-profit would be looking to do a better job for the cocmmunity they serve. Instead I was blown off. Again, disappointed."
