"The food was excellent. I really enjoyed it. Had the Texas Fajitas. Came out hot which I love. They serve pre meal chips and salsa which is awesome. They offer a military discount which increased their TIP. The background music was a little overpowering for the atmosphere and made it hard to converse at the table because it was quite loud or we were directly under a speaker or something. The food was very good."

"El Jimador is without a doubt, the most consistent and best Mexican restaurant in Stafford and probably in the Fburg area! Been eating here for years and always enjoy the food! They have a nice, interesting menu loaded with the typical Mexican items, plus some specialties that they do well too. Service is typically good, never bad. The décor looks authentic and is welcoming. Definitely will continue to come here!"

"Tried this place out for the first time tonight. It was pretty good. The service was really fast and they got my food out to me really quick. The woman helping me was very nice and welcoming. I got the chicken, steak and shrimp dinner and it was amazing! I will be bouncing in between both Hispanic spots in this area depending on time of day because one is open a little later than the other. However, this one is closer to my house and their food slaps!"
