"The ring my husband purchased for me is lovely but my experience has been mixed. I have had the ring for less than 1.5 years with 6 months of the ring being out for repair. The issues were lost stones and then it being returned with stones not matching in color. I did not receive updates unless I called and then I would receive exactly the same response regardless of the length of time passed. In the end, I called headquarters and spoke to customer service there. After another month the ring has now been repaired and returned. Regular updates as well as having the staff at the store where I purchased it advocate on my behalf would have changed my perspective on the experience. Likely, I will not purchase jewelry from Kay’s again."
