"Having been with Allstate since I was 17 and back then Paul Blinn was the agent. He was a standout guy. Ever since it became the Sheeley agency the disappointments kept on coming. Fast forward to this month I found both better rates and better coverage on my home auto and off road vehicle. I called Deborah Sheeley on the 7th of November to cancel all policies with the exception of the boat as it will run out on its own in July. I received an email from Amanda Sheeley with the warning of policy cancellation blah blah blah if I did not pay. Emailed her back and no answer. While online tonight I logged into Allstate and seen active accounts. Started a chat and asked if they were cancelled. Answer was no they were never cancelled. The online chat agent not only cancelled the policies but dated them back to the 7th of November. This is something that the agent should have done when I called personally on the 7th. Shame on you Debbie maybe insurance isn’t the job you should be in . SMH"
