"Came in last week. Cinnamon is what I think is her name. Says she could help me. The prices are overpriced. I can get the same cat toys at Walmart or other pet stores for half the price. When I told her this she got rude and told me well. Go look for that in another store. You're not rude to your customers. That's not how a company works. I wouldn't shop here for the life of me again. I am warning everybody. The prices they mark are outrageous. And they push you to buy something. You want good customer service? Go to PetSmart."
