We always knew she was in good hands with all the professional and knowledgeable Doctors and Staff. She had trouble seeing but could always feel the care and love."

"I went here a couple of times years ago. The vets are very good and knowledgeable. However, I decided to go back to my other vet even though they are 20 minutes away and Animal Kingdom is only about 5 minutes away. It had nothing to do with my experience at Animal Kingdom. The reason I am only giving them a 2 star review was because about a year ago our elderly dog, who we adopted just a couple of months prior, ending up getting glaucoma and needed to have her eye removed. On the day of surgery, our vet closed at 5 pm and about 5:30 pm she bumped her eye and it started to bleed, not just a drop but a stream. I called Animal Kingdom because they were open until 7 pm. The receptionist said they were booked and that my dog couldn't come in and told me to wait until the Emergency hospital opened at 8 pm (over 2 hours later). I feel they should have at least consulted with the vet to at least tell me what to do in the situation or to assess the severity. I would think a dog bleeding just after surgery or a dog hit by a car or any other emergency should take priority over a pet getting a standard wellness check. Fortunately, I was able to stop the bleeding, but their lack of concern would make it very hard for me to return to them. I felt because my pet wasn't one of their regular patients that they just didn't care."

"I’ve been a long time patient. They’ve changed. I’m leaving. Heard from others they are having same experience/frustrations. Lack of communication being foremost, and lack of compassion/rudeness. It’s not the vets it’s the staff and manager. I have 6 dogs and 2 cats all very well behaved and have spent many thousands here."

"I loved the visit I had and the vet I talked to; he was helpful in explaining everything and why it was important, plus he answered every question I had! The building was clean and professional and staff were very considerate and helpful! Unfortunately, the cost of surgery here is out of my price range and I can't afford it, but they seem to do a very thorough job with everything they do!"
