"I am very disappointed with this office now. I have been going to Valley Health Clinic for years and I have never had a problem with billing or anything until now. I don’t know if it depends on the doctor that you are given for the visit. I contacted the office numerous times and was told the manager would call me back and no response from the manager for a claim review. I now wonder if I’ve been dropped as a patient for reaching out so many times and have not been notified of this. I am still waiting for a response from management."

"If you are military or a veteran. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! You deserve better. These people do not care about your medical needs. The support staff are helpful, the doctors very rude. They get upset with you, if you ask them more than 2 questions about your health. My wife saw 4 different people. On her last 4 visits. As a patient how can you develop a relationship with a doctor. If you never see the same doctor? I contacted TRI-Care, this place needs to be removed from the TRI-Care network!!!!!!!!!"

"If I could give this office a 10 , I would. It was a great experience. I came in with a the thumb injury thought that I would have to get in order to a radiologist. To my surprise they were able to do the x-ray , right there and then informed me that it was a small fractured . The whole staff was very caring and hard working I will definitely continue care with them ."

"If I could give ZERO, I would. I called to schedule an appointment for my son on Saturday morning. After giving his birthday, I felt the need to share the fact that he is an adult with special needs and that's why I was scheduling. The person I was speaking with asked what his disability was. I said why, why do you need to know, I'm bringing him in for an illness, you won't be treating his disability. (I did give her a very brief description but she is not allowed to ask me this.) She then said we need to know if we can accommodate him. She put me on hold again and came back and said the providers said they cannot accommodate him. I said what, you can't deny him an appointment, have you heard of ADA, you cannot say you won't see him because of his disability. She said I'm sorry if you feel like that, I know how you feel, I have a sister with a disability. I said I'm sorry but at this moment I don't care about your sister with a disability, what you are telling me is illegal and is against ADA. She said I'm sorry you feel that way. I said you're going to feel sorry if someone sues you. Then I said did you say your providers said they can't see him. She kept saying she was sorry I felt that way. I said if a black person called to schedule would you say, sorry we can't see you because we can't accommodate black people because this is the exact same thing, it's called discrimination. Then she said ma'am, ma'am, when do you want to come in. They eventually got him in that day. When I spoke to the nurse practitioner about it, he said oh, I'm sure she misunderstood. I said, I'm positive she did not. Then at one point during the visit, he said to me, how long you son been like that, since born. What the heck, RUDE! My son is 34 and was in the room. Yes, he was born with his disability and what a way to ask! STAY FAR AWAY unless you love discrimination!
