"All the staff at the minute clinic are amazing. They are patient, empathetic, and professional."

"Keep in mind this is a Minute Clinic, not an ER. Easily made appointment online. NP Stephanie Rutherford went above and beyond to assist my 15 year old son with an ear infection. She was thorough, precise, friendly and timely. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience her nor of the service provided by NP Rutherford. Thank you!"

"I have never encountered such catty and unprofessional behavior. I had never tried the minute clinic before and thought this would be a good alternative to already stressed urgent care facilities as I just needed a strep test. Ended up leaving the hostile staff at cvs and just went to urgent care."

"I arrived 20 minutes before closing. My husband went through the entire sign in process and it said there were no more appointments for today. One of the occupied rooms emptied at 7:12 and they would not see me. There wasn’t another patient waiting nor were they expecting another patient. They close at 7:30 and the nurse was finished at 7:12! Clearly they do not adhere to their closing times. Very frustrating as I needed to be seen unexpectedly this evening! I would have been in and out before 7:30 ever came around!"

"I do not recommend any CVS minute clinic, especially this one. After calling to find out if they were able to give a particular vaccine my daughter needed for college and getting a "yes" response, I booked an appointment online as instructed. On the online appointment it asks for the reason for the visit. You can only check that you need a vaccine. You can't say which one you need. We show up for my daughter's scheduled appointment and they tell me they are out of the vaccine. They wasted my time as well as theirs allowing me to have an appointment they could not fulfill. My advice? Fix your flawed system! Walked over to Walgreens, spoke to pharmacist, got her vaccine."
