"I am delighted to share my positive review of Rainbow Child Development Center (RCDC). My son has been attending RCDC for the past 3 years, and it has been an incredible journey for both him and our family. The school activities at RCDC are simply outstanding. They offer a wide range of enriching experiences, including dance, gym classes, and foreign language programs. These activities have not only kept my son engaged and excited about learning but have also contributed to his overall development. The variety of activities available ensures that every child can find something they truly enjoy. What truly sets RCDC apart is the exceptional team of teachers and staff. They are not only highly qualified but also incredibly attentive and loving towards the children. It's evident that they genuinely care about each child's well-being and growth. This nurturing environment has made a significant difference in my son's educational journey. All of the staff members are fantastic. I have developed personal relationships with many of the staff members. The Director, Ms. Maria, runs an appreciated tight ship. She is professional and assertive, and her advice and recommendations come from a good place, always in the best interest of your child. She has even gone above and beyond to meet with me to discuss options for my son once he transitions from RCDC to elementary school. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Benita have been welcoming smiles in the mornings and evenings since day one. Ms. Bettie and Ms. Christian were instrumental in my son's success with potty training, and it's clear they truly care about him. Currently, Ms. Kara has been pivotal in my son's academic growth. I can't name everyone, but please know that everyone there is truly exceptional. As a parent, my needs are met in every aspect. RCDC maintains excellent communication with parents, keeping us informed about our child's progress, and school events, and addressing any concerns or questions we may have. This level of transparency and engagement is greatly appreciated. One of the most remarkable achievements I've witnessed during my son's time at RCDC is his early reading skills. It's just the beginning of the school year in PK4, and to my surprise, he is already showing signs of reading readiness. This is a true testament to the overall success of the program at RCDC. I am truly amazed by the quality of education and support they provide. I wholeheartedly recommend Rainbow Child Development Center to any parent looking for an exceptional early childhood education experience. RCDC has not only been a place of learning but also a second home for my son, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on his development and growth. "Hi I’m a former employee (chef) for rainbow as of 10/3/23. The center it self is amazing, the owner ms Kim is such a wonderful women and I mean wonderful… ms Sandra a very genuine soul ms pia such a sweet lady ms Benita she’s very nice as well butttttt …… Now as far as the curriculum and care for the kids is awesome, however my son would come home sick everyday he attended and the days he did not attend he was not sick. My son was sick for the first two months straight. Rainbow allows parents to bring sick kids into the center and that causes every other child to get sick. Now BEWARE OF MS.Maria she will seem to be so caring so sweet so nice etc…. No dead wrong this lady will laugh and smile in your face but talk about you to everybody. She’s always mean and nasty in the mornings she takes her home issues out on employees at the center and the way ms Maria is when she is doing a tour is not how she is that is just to get you to sign your child up for daycare. Now I was terminated from working for rainbow but ms Maria also dis enrolled my child and did not give me an opportunity to even say if or if I will not keep my son for n care. I received vouchers for day care why would my termination cause my son to not have any care especially when it’s already paid for? Ms Maria is just plain nasty she had no reason to just kick my child out within minutes . I was warned about her from day 1 but I didn’t believe it until two weeks after my employment. I see why people talk so bad about ms Maria … and to think I had her back…. Parents beware of this women for her to sit and present so many lies on me during a random 90 day meeting was outrageous. You can tell that she feels she has to work so hard to proove to her sister which is the owner that she can do it as soon as the owner would arrive ms Maria whole attitude changes to nervousness and afraid then she gets evil"

"I have two little boys that have been going to Rainbow childcare for over 4 months now and I only have the best things to say about place! The center is always clean, the teachers are so good to the kids, pay so much attention to details when it comes to your child's health and well being, they listen and they really care. I have tried few daycares in the past 3 years and by far this is the best place/caregivers I have ever seen. We love our Rainbow family!"
