"Hopefully I don’t ever have to come here again lol but if I’m ever in a situation where I need to I WILL BE BACK. I never thought I will be saying I LOVE THIS PLACE. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was so nice. EVERYONE. So welcoming, I was so nerves and scared but they made me feel so at ease. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or judge. There was no bad vibes. From the people at the front desk, to the beautiful consular, the nurses,the doctor everyone. Stop looking and just go here. I thank y’all so much for making one of the hardest decision of my life so much easier for me."

"Had an appointment at 9AM. Was brought back, asked to fill out information and provide ID and insurance information. After waiting about an hour, I was called back just to be informed they did not have the necessary supplies for my appointment and was asked to reschedule. Why make me wait an hour for nothing? They could have communicated upfront that the supplies were not available, but wasting my time- I don’t appreciate."

"I’m happy about making the decision to go here. With the exception of the wait time (you’ll be there all day) the customer service was phenomenal from all staff. They made me feel comfortable about making a difficult decision, I love that they use a person centered approach because it is literally all about you they are just there for comfort. 10/10 highly recommend!"

"This place is just amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Ema and Bianca (I think that’s her name) are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the medical field. These two genuinely care about your well being and make you feel super comfortable. The doctor was amazing too. Thank you for everything!"

"Cannot say enough positive things about this facility. I was very afraid coming here and it was in the midst of making a very hard life decision. I was put at ease quickly. The environment was pleasant. The staff was incredible. I never felt rushed and was always given as much time as I needed. It was a LONG day and I’ve seen complaints about that in reviews. My appointment was at 9 AM and I didn’t leave til 5 PM. However understand it takes time as EVERY patient is given all the time they need between steps to grieve, reflect, and have private moments. That is crucial and needed. All of nurses were amazing. I’m so sad I don’t remember names but my vitals nurse was a gem. Incredibly sweet. My sonogram nurse and hand holder was amazing. The primary nurse who helped me in and out of my procedure was incredible. Dr. Curtis was gentle, kind, personable, and skilled. He even took down his mask and just talked with me face to face before my procedure. Together these folks made the hardest day of my life feel okay. My entire time here I felt safe, cared for, respected, and loved. It is very clear this is not just a job for these folks. They are passionate and nurturing with their patients and all have a permanent special place in my heart. I want to emphasize that I am a black woman - the staff was very diverse and that made me feel safe. There were black women on staff and that really upped the comfort for me. 10/10 - this place was AMAZING. A million thank yous."
