"I went to Urgent Care on Thursday 1/25/24. I received the best service from Nurse Mike. He was polite, caring and patient. Thank you Nurse Mike for giving exceptional care."

"I'm disappointed by the long wait time at Largo Urgent Care, only to be informed by a doctor that my kids have a virus and there are no further treatment options available. The doctor did recommend administering Tylenol or Motrin for fever and ensuring they drink plenty of fluids. It's frustrating to wait for such a long time only to receive that information, and to make matters worse, I had to wait an hour to get the discharge paper, despite the nurse being unaware that the doctor had already seen my child, and at the end we left because the discharge paper never came. I remember that this urgent care facility was notable for the doctors' genuine concern for their patients. Now Kaiser seems to lack a sense of appreciation for their patients. I expect to be treated with dignity since I am paying for my insurance and it is not free for me. (I don’t want to receive any call or comment from Kaiser so please refrain from doing it)"

"I visited the largo center . Arrived around 10am this morning with my very sick mother . It is 1:09pm and she has not been seen by a doctor. 3hrs of wait times is just unacceptable . I had tried earlier to even book an appointment for urgent care and the earliest I got was 9:30pm 12hrs for a very sick 72 yr old woman. Kaiser insurance policies preventing the option of going to any other urgent care is not helpful. Change need to take place ."

"I’ve been with Kaiser since 1985 and I just had the most amazing experience with Michael D he took exceptional care of me. He made a bad experience pleasant and endurable he has wonderful bedside manners as well as, just great at his craft of nursing. Great job Kaiser for having Michael D as apart of your Kaiser family. I’ve watched you all go through so many transformations and I’ve been worried Michael D gave me faith and hope that you guys are back on track."

"Wednesday evening at Kaiser, this evening we had an excellent experience, compared to Tuesday evening experience. The nurses was excellent and so was the doctor. Michael the nurse and Dr. Omokaro was very professional and patient friendly and both of them treated my family with the highest respect. Kudos to them both. Tuesday was very different, they left the IV catheter in my brothers arm and sent him home did not flush his catheter that he had in his back and he had a lot of blood in it and they said it was normal so we had to come back today to get the IV nine taken out and the doctor ordered more labs CAT scan, chest x-ray and leg ultrasound because his legs was very swollen. None of this was done on Tuesday. His name is Edgar Williams my brothers name."
