"Wow. Be very cautious and don’t be fooled by the rating. Bruce Henderson’s name alone says a lot. The positive reviews aren’t real. They can’t be. Not only was my experience with Bruce was awful but I’ve watched as other peoples experience was worse. I have witnessed him on the phone with customers being rude and then proceeded to talk poorly about the customer because he disagreed. As an owner a person should practice patience and professionalism at the very least. My family had a policy with this agency for no more than 1 month. I was so disappointed in the service and unapologetic demeanor we decided to go to another Allstate (and was given better rates). We been with Allstate for over 7 years and this is one of the worst agents I have encountered. He doesn’t represent Allstate well at all and there are much better offices to work with."
