"I had a problem with a using $5.00 reward due to expire yesterday. I went to the Customer Service counter and Crystal was able to assist me in resolving my problem. She was very patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and relentless while trying to resolve my issue. She is a perfect example of what a Customer Service Representative should be in fulfilling their duties. If Kohl's conducts training videos to help employees understand how to effectively handle customers Crystal should be the example. She is a KEEPER!"
"I got an e-coupon in email on Sunday 1/21, extra 40% off , expires Wednesday. So I went to this store on 1/24 Wednesday. Upon check-out, I was told the coupon expired. I opened the email, it says "Expire today" at the top. Sales girl held my phone and scrolled down to the bottom. At the bottom, the email says it expires on 1/21. Very deceptive!"
