"I went here because its were Medicaid said I could go. Saw a very nice doctor who swore id be taken care of. Went to neighborhood health dental yesterday where they removed a tooth and not help with the pain. So I called my doctor and after 5 messages and 7 calls i have not been helped. Instead the ladies who take calls have been nothing but rude and when I asked for a number to call and lodge a complaint they offer an e mail and I told them not ive been waiting for hours for a call from the doctor so I wouldnt be ING pain and ive been given the r in around. They put me on hold again and tgen got hung up on."
"This the second time my mother (69 years old) had to wait almost 2 hours to see a doctor after making an appointment almost 3 weeks prior. This is unacceptable and the doctors dont do anything about it. I strongly suggest you to look for another medicine practice center."
