"The biggest problem with Primary Medicine is the difficulty of establishing a patient/MD relationship. They have fine physicians, but the physicians leave the practice and you are never notified until you call in about an appointment. You are never given the option to follow the physician (which I understand as Primary Medicine does not want to lose patients); however, this is the worst part of this organization. When I look on the web, there are patients who have been with the same physician for 25 years or longer. I truly believe that is important because you have established an important health-based relationship. All of my other reviews have been positive, but I cannot continue to provide positive reviews when physicians leave this organization with no notification or opportunity for patients to follow their physician."
"I feel that they do not respect their patients time in the slightest. The first visit I waited for almost an hour once taken back before being seen by the doctor. I had testing done that I need to have the results for and they set up a phone appointment to review them. twenty minutes after the appointment time I call them and they tell me the doctor is running behind with visits which is understandable. But they did not even contact me again before closing for the day completely disregarding my appointment. I am highly disappointed as the staff was very friendly as was the doctor but the lack of respect for my time has put a very sour taste in my mouth. After I receive my results I will not be returning."
