"We had 5 appointments scheduled. They were under staffed. We paid a deposit, they scolded us at the door for being late, the woman supposed to be doing my nails during my appointment time did someone else's Pedi and Mani while I sat and waited. Then I told my niece I was not impressed. They are very impersonal, rough and just straight up rude. The woman doing my nieces nails stated if your aunt doesn't like it here and isn't impressed she can go somewhere else. It's not our fault your late. It not my fault they refused to finish my nails because I said I was not impressed. This is how they sent me out. All because I said I was not impressed with their service They did not wash their hands after doing a pedicure then did a manicure. There is no trash can outside to dispose of the trash they left on my fingers. They said I was rude for leaving it there. Where was I supposed to leave it after they started soaking my nails off then refused to finish my nails. Because they are under staffed and over booked. Because 3 of the 5 didn't show they took it out on me and one of those 3 isn't scheduled until 5. They wore no gloves and were unprofessional at the start. Bad place!"
