"Took my boys to get basic fades to return to School....the barbers neither knew a fade or th term.....don't bother Gave them basic information about what we wanted in terms u thought were understood....nope...both children end up with lesbian bowl cuts, horrible.....but I refrain from complaining and pay..... Young lady swears my payment didn't go thru.....I detest ..... Makes me swipe again.... Notice two payments a few moments later and return to the store only to be blown off and told to return in a week. Rude and unprofessional. Absolutely just hiring anybody to fill booths. Management not present or too busy to attend to affairs. I'll be returning for my refund...$90 for bogus cuts is ridiculous"

"My daughter just went there recently and they were only supposed to cut off a max of 2 inches off and ended up cutting 14 inches off. My daughter even asked this lady why she was cutting that high up and she said oh honey it's just the front part and then went opps and now my daughters beautiful hair that she could sit on is now at her shoulders and none of it is even at all. I wish she never went there cause this place doesn't know how to cut hair right this isn't the 1st time we've had issues there o just wish she would've remembered not to go to them now off to find a place that can fix the mess they made"
