"I was in Ohio visiting family and needed my nails done. I was able to get an appointment the same day for a nail fill and pedicure. I was very pleased with everything! The salon is super clean and has a beautiful atmosphere! I absolutely loved the service they provided and the pricing was very reasonable. But mostly, I loved how welcome they made me feel. Everyone seemed so happy and friendly, which has not been my experience in so many other salons. Do yourself a favor and give this business a try… I think you will be very happy you did!!"

"Recently switched to this salon as my previous salon no longer accepts appointments on Fridays/Saturdays. So happy with this place! Super clean and peaceful, and my tech really took his time with my manicure (which turned out great, btw). Price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the work. They do not accept walk-ins, but for me this is another bonus as I hate having to wait 30+ minutes on busy days."

"Started going here back when they were still in the plaza on the north side of 224. Love the new location in North Lima. It's been a few years since I got my nails done, but they were my first choice and I was not disappointed. They always come out the way I want them and I very rarely have had issues with the nails chipping/breaking/coming off prematurely. Have even had them do designs and they came out really nice (sorry I no longer have those pictures on my phone)."

"I’m honestly at a loss for words, I’ve never been so upset with a nail service in my life. I was one of their first appointments of the day and I was completely rushed through. The man had me pay before applying any polish and as soon as I paid, he became so lazy with my nails. His next client came in and he immediately started rushing. The snowflakes on both of my hands are smudged, they smeared when he put on a clear coat and didn’t feel the need to fix it. There is a small black hair under the clear coat of polish on my right hand. I’m honestly shocked the designs were this bad. I’ve heard nothing but good comments about this place from family and friends and to go there and have a poor experience really leaves me feeling disappointed. A waste of my time and money. Not only that, but after he was done applying polish, he grabbed my belongings for me and rushed me over to the drying station and then went back to his seat to start on his next clients nails. So upset and disappointed."
