"Be careful with the front desk at this office. I can't tell you how many times Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb (Black lady and Asian lady) have zero clue as to what they are doing. Asian lady told my husband he had an outstanding balance. I questioned it because we pay every time we are in the office. When I questioned her she said "I don't have any clue". WHAT! YOU ARE AN IDIOT! Then she gave my husband this letter to contact for billing issues. Ummmm isn't that what front desk people are for, to answer the questions??? Then after all of that she got very nasty and starting saying things under her breath. Another gentleman came up behind us to check in and questioned the same things we had questioned. We do not leave this office bc we love his doctor. But some of the nurses are idiots, the one that does the breathing tests in pink scrubs, total idiot. Good luck!!!"

"This office needs a new set of receptionist and/or administrative staff! They do not answer the phone at all. That is unprofessional and dangerous at the same time! If it wasn’t for my doctor of 8 years I would not return. If patients need assistance the staff should be there to assist. Established patients and new patients alike should not have to call multiple times in a day just to schedule an appointment.Baltimore/Washington needs to look into this. This is ridiculous!"

"I rarely give any location a single star, but the entire office staff needs to be fired or at least the manager. Call this place, I dare you. They will never answer the phone. I’ve called at different times of day, I’ve left messages, nobody ever calls me back. What are these people doing in that office? A receptionist’s job is to answer the phone!! I had to actually show up in person to make an appointment and even told them that nobody ever answered the phone, and weeks later no one answered it. Wow!"

"The Doctors and staff are excellent! Very easy to get an urgent appointment quickly. Appointments are not rushed. Pulmonary doctors are very knowledgeable and explain everything in terms that are understandable. The staff always either answers the phone or returns my call same day. Also, receive same day response through the patient portal. Highly recommend this practice!!"

"I have been going here for quite a few years now. I feel the service has gone way downhill recently. I love Dr. Wiley but he does not see patients in the office much anymore. I have sent appointment requests through the patient portal with no response, rarely can you get anyone on the phone, when you leave a message it takes 2-3 days to get a call back. A quick appointment for acute issues is impossible. My PC refers me back to my pulmonologist but it's very frustrating trying to get an appointment."
