Excellent communication from John and when needed, appropriate clarification on what I should be ordering compared to what I did order. John even offered to set up the gear before he sent it! John treats all of his customers this way, but I'm just gonna keep thinking we are his favorite customers! ;) I own a small business and have to fulfill orders from a stock of only 3 SKU’s and I know it can be a pain to refund and switch and swap and keep the site up and answer the phone etc etc. John does all that with a huge inventory and on top of that he maintains a physical location and stays connected in the industry with innovative movers and shakers. I’m not a cheap skate, but I’m also not dumb and I took a few minutes to price check Northeast Scuba Supply and they came out well ahead on everything about every time. I’m flat out impressed. I wish NE Scuba Supply was local to us... that is where we would be going for gear, instruction, advice, travel etc. Next year we will be getting our gear serviced with John. Great service that made me feel great about my purchases. You cant go wrong with John and Northeast Scuba Supply!"
