Walmart Supercenter

"I’m a Walmart plus member and this is about the 20th time I’ve received expired food. It’s getting very frustrating. Last week they sent me meat that expired on the 3rd and today they sent me yogurt that expired yesterday. Worse yet it’s happened so many times they expect me to return the spoiled food to Walmart for an exchange or refund. Definitely will be reporting this to the better business bureau. I use a delivery service because I can’t make it to the store so I’m just expected to pay for their mistakes. They supposedly guarantee fresh quality food or your money back but there’s a limit and let me tell you expect to quickly go over that limit. You will regularly receive expired/spoiled food from this Walmart. It’s a health hazard. There is no way to contact a live person. Only chat with a robot and wait to connect to a person who isn’t very helpful. Last week the person on chat seriously said I had to return the expired meat after I already opened it… then actually told me it wouldn’t happen again.. well it happened again. There’s no way on earth I would keep that in my house. It’s the reason I checked the date. It smelled so foul after opening I knew something was off. Please make sure your employees are checking dates. Better yet take expired food off the shelf like you’re supposed so. Don’t order food from this store."

"Waited 45 minutes on a Uber pick up order only for them to come and tell me and everyone else that they won't be bringing out any orders. Associate was extremely rude and the only explanation she offered was that she had been working since 10:00 AM and is supposed to be off already. I was honestly shocked as I've never been spoken to that way by a Walmart employee. Corporate should absolutely investigate whichever employee was working pickup orders Mon, Dec 4th around 10:00 PM. She looked to be in her late 20s with a LatinX background. I'll be making my own call to corporate tomorrow. Avoid this location like the plague."

"I will give 0 stars if I could. First of all, a lot of products is behind a glass doors with a key now. What is this? And I wait 20 minutes until someone show up to open the glass doors, the person seams not wanting to work that day, when he unlock the glass door he stands there asking what you want. You can not even go through the products to compare and decide what you want. Also the place is horrible display and fruits and veggies are old and moldy. Disgusting place. I just moved here and is horrible. Looking for another Walmart because not coming back to this one, or maybe avoiding Walmart for good. So different from the ones in the South."
