"I left this practice after numerous visits where I felt completely disregarded. Time and time again they made me feel like I was just a number and not a human being. The breaking point that led me to leave the practice was when I discussed my birth plan. They told me that they are a really busy hospital and they needed things to move along during the delivery process. This was said to me after I said that I would only want to use pitocin in case of an emergency. It was really discouraging to hear that they would prioratize moving along a delivery without necessity because they are "busy." Once I left the practice, their billing department did a really poor job of communicating with me. I have been waiting for seven months to receive a rufund for my deposit and even though I have reached out several times, I have not received a response from them. I would not reccomend this place."

"Let me begin by saying that when I had my last appointment here at this location, it was speedy, the doctor (Dr. Briana Wiggins) I saw was friendly and efficient and it was one of the best doctors appointments I had had here. However, today, I experienced not so great service from the doctor (Dr. Morrel), and had to wait an excruciatingly long time for just an appointment that I was under the impression that it was just a consultation. When I had my previous appointment, my doctor and the PA had told me that a procedure would be possible, but then to find today that that procedure isn't an option. I was less than thrilled from my experience today. It was no excuse to have to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time."

"Poor communication, poor directions to office. Multiple CW locations on GBMC campus. First ob apt and they wouldn’t do an ultrasound at 10w because they claimed insurance would not cover it because I had 1 2 weeks ago at the fertility clinic. I’d pay for it then they say the tech is gone. Last time I checked a lot of can change in 2 week in early pregnancy. Needless to say I did not have a positive experience and would not recommend this practice. Very disappointing. Also did not know there were So many locations and individual practices it would have been helpful to know this as well."

"Office staff was nice. Amanda Nossel, CRNP was personable but condescending. It was implicit bias because of my age, prior to even receiving the procedure. She discussed all the disadvantages of getting this procedure at my age. It was very negative. She also discussed the supplements that I did not need to take, not knowing previous tests that indicated I needed to take these supplements. Will never return or recommend this office for care."

"I came here when I was pregnant with my first child and I have never felt so taken care of by a doctors office! The staff is amazing. They make the process of checking in and follow up so effortless. Being it was my first pregnancy everything can be overwhelming but the staff communicated to me every step of the way so that I wouldn’t miss anything I needed to do. The doctors are amazing! They addressed my every need and made sure I felt comfortable when I was scared. Mrs. Wolff was my midwife and she is the best! She is always available to answer questions and put me at ease. I’m having my second one and I intend to use this practice!"
