"I had a colonoscopy scheduled and did the prep 100% by protocol. I had a very sweet nurse and great anesthesiologist, but when Dr.Anaka entered he didn’t do very much to make me comfortable, just asked straight questions without even looking at me. When I woke up from the anesthesia he asked if I had even done the prep because it “didn’t look like it.” Well, I did. I wouldn’t have bothered going to my procedure if I hadn’t. He said I had to come back and do a more intense prep since I didn’t pass my first test. No thanks! I’ll be seeing someone else since this is an embarrassing procedure in the first place. Dr. Anaka should not be representing Wellspan."

"Waited several months for my appointment and they rescheduled my appt without even asking if it was okay. A month later i go onto my portal (a week before my appt) and my appt is GONE!!!! when i called, she said the dr was going to be out that day so they decided to cancel my appt!!!!!!! Next available appt is in mid January. NOOO this is ridiculous ive waited n waited and u want me to wait more. Gtfoh."
"My husband had an EGD done with 2 biopsies. The results (which we did not understand) were in his chart about 5 days later. A week after the results were posted, we STILL had not heard from the doctor. After 2 calls to the office we were told that the doctor was out of the office and would not be back for another THREE WEEKS! So apparently they were just going to let the results (which were not normal) sit in his chart for weeks until I contacted them! Uncalled for! Careless! They do not put their patients first! There were several other doctors in the office that could’ve gone over the results with us instead of just letting them sit there. If you’re looking for an office that puts their patients first, go somewhere else!"
"Got an endoscopy and the result was them trying prescribe me what my primary already had and didn't work(seriously? you can't take 2 minutes to look at a chart???). I literally had to tell them I was already prescribed this and it didn't help me at all. Finally got past that, few months later they want you to come in or else they won't refill your script at all..A lot of money grab and not a lot of caring. Go somewhere else."
