"A joke. I have been trying to get ahold of my "doctor" and no one ever answers the phone. The pharmacy literally attached to it even told me they can't get ahold of them to refill a prescription. So if you ever run out of refills from there, good luck trying to get them re-filled. So here I am without a prescription now because of the horrible customer service."

"I went in for my flu shot. The NP did not say hi, tell me her name, ask mine, or ask where to administer my vaccine. As a nurse I’m embarrassed to work in the same profession as someone with such disregard for common courtesy. I can’t imagine how terrible I would feel if I were seeking medical care for an illness."

"This place is a scam. My wife met her deductible AND her out of pocket max. She did not owe a co-pay when she went, yet the charged her anything. I called to get a refund and the woman argued with me about my own insurance. She straight up ignored what I was requesting, so I asked for a manager. After several request, she finally let me speak to a manager. The manager claimed they couldnt give me a refund and if there was an overage, then we would automatically get a check. Well I got my EOB and guess what? I did NOT owe a co-pay and I still have NOT gotten a refund. These places are scam and stealing money!"

"Terrible! Signed in and kiosk said there would be a 45 min wait due to mandatory lunch break for employee. It asked did I want to be texted when it was my turn. I clicked yes. I walked around the store until I received text. I came back and it still said person was on a 20 min lunch break. I took a seat and 20 minutes later the nurse came out and asked what we were there for and stated she would now be taking her lunch break after I already waited an hour and was told she was on break. Unprofessional and kiosk is being used improperly if it's not putting out correct info. Will not return!"

"Reading these reviews is quite interesting. All of these reviews are two or more years old and that is something to take into consideration for starters. As a shopper and consumer I agree and understand that the "Customer Service" aspect of this particular Target store hasn't exactly been excellent. There have been significant changes in the quality of service in this particular store. The employee/guest relations have gotten significantly better over the last year, due to many changes from what I am to understand. I personally have noticed the employees taking more PRIDE in their jobs by being much friendlier than in the past. If you want to understand why some of the employees of the store tend to be unhappy to help, start listening to the way some of the 'GUESTS" as they prefer to call us speak to the said employees. The people I speak of are those that talk to the employees like they are simply just a number and don't really count. For those of you who would rather shop at a retailer that speaks and treats their "FEMALE" employees like complete trash, then PLEASE by all means go shop at the "other store" mentioned . Before you do, ask yourself how many times you've gone up to one of "those employees" (in the BALTIMORE area) and have been treated or spoken to as though you were wasting their time or bothering them. "Speak to people the way you would have them speak to you and and I'm sure the results will be more positive"."
