"My dissatisfaction is more so from my experience with Dr Eric Bonds who wrote that he felt my pain was not related to workers comp injury that resulted from a fall from a fire engine during a house fire. That one sentence in his report has created a substantial amount of problems for me and his statement is inaccurate. Aside from that one life complicating and financial blow, the practice is fantastic, but I hope to never be seen by Dr Eric Bonds again. What a terrible thing to do to someone who lives with back pain every day from a work related accident."

"Very busy with Walk-In patients. I called for an appointment before going here. I was given a 12:15pm appointment. I arrived at 11:45am. At 1:15pm, I was called to go back to be seen (for my 12:15pm appointment). Wow!!"

"Zero stars if possible. Fuhrman was a complete disaster act. I have a very torn ACL and his bedside manner was horrible. He proceeded to move around my knee cap and pull/ push the injury causing me to be ready to pass out! I was appalled at his actions as I couldn’t wait to get to the restroom to splash my face with water, I was berated when I left the room because “he didn’t tell me to leave”. Save yourself the trouble as WellSpan ortho was a zero star from start to finish, book with OSS, you won’t be disappointed!"

"If I could give a negative 5 I would. I went to them because I did an injury at work but it was about a year old to both of my knees when I was seen they did x-rays and obviously you can't see muscle tendon's legaments any soft tissue on an X-ray correct So I asked is there anything else you can do for me injections or MRI this doctor came in the room and she said she is not doing any more tests until I lose weight she already came into the room with a preconsumption of I am Overweight that's the reason and she was not doing any other further testing until I lose weight 1st... excuse me I thought all doctors took an oath to do no harm I told her I have been heavy my entire life I told her where the injury was at what I felt how I did it she did not care about any of that come to find out Thankfully I decided to go somewhere else because I was not listened to as a patient come to find out I have Medial meniscus tears in both knees with also my ACL and cartilage was shredded meanwhile I have been walking around with my knees like this for over a year when I went to see them... NEVER WILL GO BACK"
