WellSpan Urgent Orthopedics

"Urgent is not a word these people should have in their name. I made an appointment only to wait their 2 hours, have 2 people leave before me, be told they don't go by there appointment times and took walk ins before me. My mother had to come up there, someone who also works for wellspan only to be given attitude back, then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a supervisor to get my co-pay back. Overall 5 people left when I was there and three of them including myself were limping on their ways out. Extremely disrespectful staff, disorganized staff and unprofessional staff."

"My husband was seen at Wellspan Urgent care orthopedics. He was taken back within 10 minutes of arriving, the medical assistant her name was Shatema, she was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! she made a kind of scary situation less stressful by her wonderful personality. The provider Allison was also great. Thanks for all you do."

"They seemed very competent. The doctor, Allison Munchel, seemed to know what my injuries were, and she told me the most probable way I got them. She calmed me down. Her staff knew a lot about type 1 diabetes which was helpful. She gave me the right medicine that worked. I drove a really long way to get there and it was worth it. This Urgent Care is a real resource for people because the staff did everything, they could to troubleshoot problems and give me the proper care. They just cared about being knowledgeable about what they do for a living. We all know that a lot of urgent cares are raging dumpster fire's but this one was different. There are not many of these orthopedic or sports medicine urgent cares. I got really lucky that I was within a drivable distance. This place was on another level compared to a regular Wellspan Urgent Care. I am very happy with the care I received."

"If I could give a minus I surely would give a minus 5.. My experience was the worst .. It is called Urgent Orthopedic but in reality if you walk in you wait for hour's while they do follow up's. The rudest front desk staff I've ever come across.. If they would put them cell phones down and do there job it would be great.. I waited 2 and a half hour's to be taken back to a room and an additional 30 minutes for a Nurse practitioner to see me which I got no clear answer... Never Again I'll go to O.S.S."

"I was at the WellSpan Urgent Care office on Blooming Grove Road yesterday In excruciating pain and even though there were five people ahead of me ,I received great care and a through exam by Dr Inners and I was out of there in an hour and a half. Staff at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful,and radiology was very professional and friendly ."
