"I don't think the pricing for shoes at this store is competitive. Probably 30% of the in-store stock is constantly depleted. They have a good rewards program, which is nice. Occasionally I am ok with finding a shoe you like and trying it on to check fit then ordering the color and style you want from their online site. But sometimes you just want to go buy some shoes and be done."

"I never leave a bad review, however... I was looking for high-end running shoes. The young associate was honest and said she knew little about running shoes. That was good. When I was young and in retail, I didn't know much either. However, when she took me to the woman (manager?) Behind the counter to inquire further, she tried to BS her way through my questions. I tried to inform her of her mistakes, and she blew me off. I was ready to spend up to $200 for running shoes. I do that online. Their displayed shoes were under $100. She seemed annoyed that I would ask questions. And all my years of customer service, I have never acted like that. No, never going back there again."
