"Terrible experience - he seemed surly and completely disinterested in what he was doing. Asked for a beard trim and was promptly buzzed down way too short on one side only. He botched the neckline, cheeks and for some reason left my chin whiskers about twice as long as everywhere else. He also seemed genuinely annoyed to learn I had used beard oil which seemed odd since beard oil was included in the very package they were providing me. He had a very confused look on his face several times throughout the awkward ordeal. I left and immediately went to Sport Clips where a much friendlier staff managed to salvage what was left for half the cost."
"Worst haircut. Butchered my beard, haircut actually hurt. Barber was grumpy and offensive. He seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and didn't want to be there. Hopefully that man has been fired but I'm not going back to find out."
"The barber cut it even, but a lot shorter than I wanted. I wanted the top the same length, took an inch off. Also thinned out my side burns, which I said I wanted left alone. The barber on near the window isn't that bad, and this review isn't about him. As I said, he cut it evenly, though next time I am going to a salon."
"Shannon is great barber. Later in the day I was food shopping and another barber complimented my haircut. My only reason for one star was the price. Once I seen it was part of Rizieri, I knew it was going to be expensive but $70 plus tip ! Sorry Shannon, it’s not you but I won’t be back."
