"Called this morning to see if a stylist there can do a scissor over comb cut for my son. The woman that answered used such a condescending tone and said she wasn't sure I understood terminology or what that type of cut meant actually. I understand exactly what it is. That's why I specifically asked if there was someone there that did this kind of cut. Blending is different than this type of cut. Clearly kids cuts are not well received, since she also mentioned kids only get cut if they don't move. There were so many other ways she could have said it. My kid doesn't move around is old enough to be still. Worst customer service ever!"
