"If you bring your own bag in like you're required to do thanks New Jersey these people will stalk you around the story and assume you're stealing stuff on top of that for some reason the bathrooms locked and they're constantly out of stock of everything on top of that the manager is a massive if you ask her any question or for corporate number after she spent 20 minutes harassing you"

"After a very nice visit in early Dec to get a small quantity of a diabetes medication, the CVS app kept sending me refill notices on the CVS APP for this one time 5 day supply. I called this CVS pharmacy and was immediately and rudely told "Corporate does that" We have no control, call corporate. I explained that the APP is responding to the errant prescription. "Corporate does that" I asked for a manager. Another person was more pleasant, explaining that my prescription in my home state would be cancelled. I asked her to cancel a specific prescription # and she repeated herself about the cancellation of the full prescription. That's ok. I have no choice, its the only way to work around the CVS APP..."

"Needed to redo a photo for a non-US visa since the first one they gave me were the wrong dimensions even though I gave them the exact dimensions needed. This time, the employee says the dimensions aren't in the system and I can't smile in the photo. I again tell her the dimensions, and that it is not for a US passport; the country allows you to have a closed smile. She calls over the manager who refuses to do the photo the way we need it and tells me they won't take a photo of me smiling since that is not allowed on a US passport. I explain AGAIN that it is not for that and this is how I need it. The manager comes over, flips out, and tells my husband and I that if we don't like it, leave. Then we went to Walgreens who had the same countries in their system except I see the country there. Not only did the young man select the right country and dimensions, he took a few pics to make sure I liked them and said if he did it wrong, he'd replace them for free. I am never shopping at CVS again."

"Just started using CVS in Washington NJ January 1st when my insurance changed I usually use the drive thru to pick up scripts I lost my receipt but I was there today March 29th...approx 3 pm...wish I could tell you the employees name. The pharmacy tech who I see often is so nice, so professional, so helpful. When my script went way up in price she recommended I call my insurance to change to the preferred one...my doctor approved and changed and I saved $150 When insurance changed from 30 to 90 days on some meds...she said "this means I won't see you as often" Lots of people do reviews to complain This lady is a treasure and I hope she is treated like the valuable employee that she is Thanks so much Diana R."

"This evening while shopping at CVS, I was standing in line as the cashier was checking out a customer. The customer seemed to have an issue that would take longer to sort out. The CVS worker responded by saying “you think I have time for this? Do you see how many people are in line?”. The CVS worker continued to speak disrespectfully to the customer, even when they offered to move to self check out. When I got to the register I then heard the CVS worker discussing the issue with another customer and unfortunately making discriminatory comments about them. While I have always had pleasant experiences shopping at CVS, I will no longer be able to shop there due to the disrespect that they show their customers. I hope that they are able to improve their customer service and make it a place that I feel comfortable to shop at in the future."
