"Had a decent size move and explained that over the phone to the “estimator”, but nobody came out to verify. Day of the move the workers were upset because they were misinformed by the estimator on the size of the move. Ended up actually paying what I thought I would initially, but their communication needs improvement. Overall the movers did everything that was asked of them and more."
