"Don’t ever rent uhaul here! He wouldn’t honor our reservation time and didn’t have the truck size we requested. He was rude and called us idiots after we showed him our reservation. He said it was uhaul fault not his and we shouldn’t be giving him a hard time. Uhaul customer service was useless in fixing the situation."
"Not happy with the service, I called to ask for a reliable cheap bike to put an engine on, would not help me at all. I know I could get any bike that could work, I even asked about good brakes I could put on the bike to help it stop better. They couldn't even help me with that. I know that he has plenty of bikes that I could of looked at, o well though. I know your a good bike store, i just want a nice bike pls."
"I cannot rave high enough about this awesome place! The owner is so kind and he took my sons bike in right away even though he was so busy and fixed it in no time! His prices are so incredibly reasonable. I can tell you anything I ever need for my sons bike I will be getting there. I will also only use them if I need UHaul. I wish I could give them a thousand stars instead of just 5!! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service"
"Discovered I had a bad tire the night before the July 4th bike race in Worthington. Everyone else was closed. With only 1 h before the race, and still needing time to travel, they sold me a tire and installed it faster than I could! The price was so low, I felt a little guilty. Made it on time for the start of the race. Fast, friendly, and fair."
