"I can witness the service of this daycare the director Stephanie has a very very nonchalant attitude towards children and their parents. They don’t know how to handle children with special needs or children with behavior issues in general. They will treat your child more like a issue rather than treat them like kids. I would not recommend this daycare to watch a dog. The director is going to cost this man his business watch what I tell you. It looks nice on the outside but trash and sneaky on the inside. Do yourself and your child a favor and find another daycare or you will regret it."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This daycare does not care about children unless they are perfect. My son attended briefly and was singled out when he had some behavior issues due to his grandfather being in hospice and moving to a new home. I told the daycare he would most likely have problems with all the change and seeing his grandfather ill. They acted like they would help him but instead they kept him in time out all the time. I walked in one day and he was in time out crying, I asked why? 3 teachers looked at me and said they didn’t know! I literally cried to the director explained my father was dying and this was effecting our entire family she looked at me with coldness in her eyes and said ok nothing more and walked away. We removed my son from the daycare and he has since been thriving at a place where he is cared for and treated with love and understanding."

"This is the WORST heartless child care center in Dundalk !!! No compassion for hard-working parent(s) or the child. I truly believe this to be an unfair advantage to non-white clients as well as displaying rude unprofessional behavior. If staffing is an issue, hire more qualified candidates to help meet the needs of the children. This is America & truly everyone especially kids should be treated with love, understanding, within a caring non-hostile environment."

"Let me start by saying the insensitivity to the care and needs of children with special needs problems is heart breaking. Looking at the other reviews and seeing that as a professional organization servicing children the owner elects to argue with a concern parent on the internet versus than attending the matter via phone or email shows the lack of professionalism in what seems to be a mom and pop shop daycare. Understaffed, limited knowledge and the ability to handle special children is just one of the many things that this childcare center lacks. The lack of compassion for the children as well as the parents is very upsetting. Its one thing to have the owners ignorance displayed on this platform but to recruit local reviewers is also disheartening. Please note everyone can not take care of your children whether they are licensed or not."

"My son attended Integrity from August 2022 through August 18, 2023 when he left to start Kindergarten (ages 4-5). My daughter attended for care in the summer. Integrity has always gone above and beyond for their students and their families. They have found ways to stay open when other places would not. There are very few days where the center was closed for holidays, field trips, etc, which are all warranted closed days. My son started there having never been in care before. He did not know how to write his name clearly, recognize all of his letters and numbers, etc. By the time, we left for kindergarten, he learned all of those things and more! He knows all of his letters, upper case and lower case and their sounds. He writes his name and other words (with spelling help) all on his own with no guidance. The curriculum at Integrity is top of the line and they take each child's personalities and needs into consideration. Outside of letters, numbers, and names, they learned about a ton of other subjects! I also believe the nature of their approach to learning helped my son be prepared for the structure of Kindergarten. The staff have always been inviting and friendly to the children and families. I have had several impromptu conversations with the owner and have always felt welcome to do so. All communication regarding any changes was always clear and provided with notice. I would (and do) recommend Integrity Childcare over and over and over again! Your child will learn academically and socially, make friends, and be extremely prepared for Kindergarten!"
