"Employees are rude and need to be fired. There are enough complaint reviews here that it is obviously a problem. Yesterday the woman that was kind of short with brown hair in a ponytail was EXTREMELY rude. There is something every visit. The visit before last the cashiers complained about my service dog and went in the back and got a bigger guy worker to come talk to me because they were too scared. Im completely done with this store as I NEVER feel welcome."

"Never seen such rude employees before. I work in customer service so I understand some days it’s not fun, but I asked how much a shirt was and she said 3 and some change. I asked how much another was BECAUSE NOTHING IS PRICED HERE. she asked me if it’s a shirt while clearly seeing it’s a shirt, looked up back at me and said “YEAH OBVIOUSLY if it’s a shirt it’s the SAME price like I just said.” My face was immediately hot as I’ve never experienced such a level of blatant disrespect. Goodwill gets everything for free and makes insane profits off poor people. If a person asking how much two shirts are sets you off- get another job. Insane"

"Decent selection nothing crazy. I definitely saw some employee rudeness as everyone else has mentioned but nothing really bothers me too much anymore. I found what I was looking for and got out of there, not bad, I'd come back."

"I've been coming to this goodwill for years and I've noticed for the past 2 years there has been quite a few employees being rude some of them overcharging and some actually cursing and making mean faces to customers. So tonight I got a taste of it I witnessed a male purchasing a few items that had prices on them and he knew about how much he was going to pay. Ms Theresa(Cashier) over charged him way too much and the guy was telling her how much the items were and she refused to tell him she was wrong and that the total was correct and the guy simply walked out since she was being so rude. Well I was next in line and she rung me up and I payed well Ms Theresa did not give me the option if I wanted my receipt or not like all goodwill stores ask you if you want your receipt at the end of your payment and politely asked her if I could please have a receipt since the items were for someone else and she said well you can't return them so you wouldn't need one. I was very aware that I'm not allowed to make returns but I needed my receipt. I kindly asked her again to please give me the receipt as for the items were for my sister. She did give it to me but with a nasty attitude. I honestly this store needs all new staff. I would give it a one star but I do love to go there to shop since sometimes they do have great items. Very disappointed"

"I asked staff to unpack furniture so I can see how it looks. Furniture guy refused and said he can’t do and I have to do by myself. I tried and developed pain in my abdomen. Now they are helping me. They need to train their staff how to help customers"
