"I love shopping there, but I wouldn't take my son's old clothes to sell there again. They have this "policy" that seems to vary from each employee. It's more of a hassle than beneficial. Consistency would be nice."

"Took 3 bins of clothes today and shoes. Done in 30 min, took 5 items for $5 and I swear they were like 3rd generation items worn out the most by 2 Brothers. The new items and shoes were returned and she said most item is not in great conditions... wth... I swear my kids have to many clothes and some were worn once or not at all. Shoes were brand new with tags... I dont think she even open the tubs... that is ok they will be donated for good use. Next time will safe my gas money and don't bother."

"My experience today was less than satisfactory. I was quoted 1hour 45min-2 hours at 12:15. We weren’t able to check out until 3pm. There was 4 employees and the 2 on the registers were talking about things not related to work. They were also cussing and dropping the f bomb while we were standing in front of them checking out. One was also asking what time she was getting off and that is when she dropped the f bomb. They took 46 pieces of clothing from us and gave us $36. I’m kicking myself because there were items in there that hadn’t been worn or worn once."

"Edited update: I spoke with a supervisor today, Alexis. She is giving me the amount to replace the teepee which to me is a fair resolution. I really appreciate her doing as she said which is looking into this and coming up with a solution and getting back to me. She was very understanding apologetic and kind. This also goes for the supervisor Rose who was in on this decision. Thank you for making this right for me. It will keep me shopping here because I typically never have a bad experience. The clothes are always in great condition at a great rate. I am disappointed the owner never responded which is why I took off a star. I think that is really sad, however I'm thankful the employees can make decisions like this. Original post: I had a $60 teepee that the store "lost." They offered me $10 for the lost item which I politely declined. They told me to email the owner to resolve the issue and assured we they were responsive. It's been over a week and I have yet to get a response back."

"Super disappointed appointed with this. 20 items for $29! This includes a high chair. I wasn’t expecting much, but that’s unacceptable. Rejected so many nice things. Customer service absolutely terrible. I never leave poor reviews, but in this case I feel so strongly about informing other mamas. Mamas consign to help one another. Not for stores to take advantage and turn a profit. I anticipate the quality of product will go down here in the future as the only oriole that will be willing to consign here will be desperate for money. I would rather give my things to someone free than to experience this. Beware!"
