"I was in Pittsburgh today looking for a certain style of Vans for my granddaughter. When there were none in her size at any of the stores at the Ross Park Mall, I called the Journey store at the Grove City Outlets. The employee I spoke with graciously checked the stock and held the shoes for us until our arrival. The store was on our way home and the shoes were waiting for us at the register. The wonderful customer service was very much appreciated. Thank you."
