"I got a bike through this place through Finance which I'm still paying on but what I'm mad about is my brakes completely went on my bike they are refusing to put new brake pads on my bike when I had insurance and new cable wires in a new kickstand because my kickstand completely snapped off"

"I had an amazing experience yesterday with the Lake Erie eBike shop. I brought my mountain bike in to be repaired. The bike was completely unrideable with many broken parts on it when I brought it in for repairs. The mechanics replaced all the bad parts and got my bike riding better than the day I bought it, also they replaced a bald tire.I was in and out the same day. I'm very happy with the excellent quality of work done to my bike. For someone who depends on this bike for transportation it was great to have it fixed so quickly, very fast service! I would recommend Lake Erie eBikes."
