"when i walked in the workers commented on my appearance, making fun of my jeans. they were trying to be funny and comment on the rips in my jeans telling my mom she should buy me a new pair but i found this very rude, offensive, and unnecessary. why is it that all old people make the same “joke”?!? imagine making fun a 15 year old’s appearance. also, i wasn’t a fan of the scent in the store. even with my mask on due to covid-19, i still was choking on the overwhelming fragrance! would only recommend going here if you’re 60+"

"Been coming here for years and absolutely loved this place until today. I understand leaving your bags at the front of the store while shopping in fact it's something I almost always do. But when I'm asked to leave my purse at the front, you're taking it too far. When I said that's my purse Laureen told me to take out my wallet to shop if not I'd have to leave. I've never been so insulted in a store. Thanks to you Laureen you've lost a few customers."
