CVS 118 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428

"I tried going into the store to buy pre-wrap for my six month old puppy who just had orthopedic surgery done and can’t be left alone. I went in holding this very small puppy in my arms and was told I had to take her out of the store. Then I was told it was CVS policy to not allow animals in because it’s a pharmacy. I looked up the policy and it is up to the discretion of the store manager and even after telling the shift lead my situation and that I would only be maybe two minutes, she gave no understanding or compassion to my situation and made me take my injured 6 month old puppy out of the store regardless. Then she told me it was her decision after I brought up how it was the manager of the stores decision. A little compassion would have been nice. Just go across the road to Rite Aid, they are much nicer there."

"I was accused of shoplifting then kicked out with my sale refused while looking at makeup for myself, my mom and my little sister. Like any sane person would I would've gone to the register to pay. I'm 19 years old btw and would've paid. Such awful and rude service Edit: this is a bad impression for me as this my my first time shopping there"
