"It’s cheap. But, it’s small and very difficult to maneuver around because the isles are very narrow! If you are physically handicapped stay away. It’s definitely not handicap friendly. Not all the workers are rude but there is always at least one rude worker every day! That worker will be so rude that you will contemplate if you really want to ever go back. I have decided to not go back because the rudeness is extreme and for no reason. At least the rude workers are consistent. They spread their rudeness to every customer!"

"Amazing prices but not so much fun in the winter. The store is so small they only allow a certain amount of people in. You wait out in line in the freezing cold…waiting and waiting and waiting for others to leave. It’s a thrift store people take their time to look through things so you can be out in the cold , rain and snow for a very long time."

"Of course as with any other thrift store, you never know what you'll find! But I've never been to a thrift store with such reasonable prices! Because of the limited hours they're open, it can be very crowded at times, so be prepared for a line. You can drop off donations during the hours they're open on the covered porch on the north side of the building. My children all beg to stop at the 4 N.I.N.E.!!! 1/23- Ever since Covid-19 they have been particular about how many people they allow in the store. So be prepared to possibly stand in line if the store is at full capacity."

"It's a cheap place, I'll give them that. The little old ladies at check out however were rude and nasty. I'm very sorry I only had my card on me and your only options were cash and check, which most people don't use, especially the check aspect. When we found out I told my fiance to grab money from the car and then suddenly it was my turn. When I explained the situtation that's when they were rude. The man behind me bought a ton of items but was short 2.00. He was going to go to his car to grab cash and they were fine with it. Instead he will just pay next time he comes in. Unsure why I was treated differently. I even just tried to give them more money than my total so I could leave, because they had me wait an extremely long time. They wouldn't take it until it was my turn again. Funny enough their sign says to be kind."

"Kids always find something. My son is really into paw patrol and my daughter just like tea parties with her dolls. I have to take my kids separately because we would never leave if I didn't. Yesterday my son found a paw patrol airplane and my daughter asked for more tea party items. I have a 1 toy limit and it usually works. I found a partial tea set for my daughter which was wonderful. Walking out though I spotted this babydoll high chair and for $5 it was so worth it. When I got it home and in the house without my daughter knowing about it I set her dolly up in it, put the tea party items on the tray and then when she came upstairs later in the evening she was soooooooo very excited. She fed her dolly, had a tea party with her, gave her a bottle, gave her dolly a bath, and then washed down the whole high chair because the baby was messy and it was so dirty. Had it not been bedtime she would have played with it longer. She even sat in it herself and told her dolly that they can share the chair. She is 4 and her imagination is just amazing like her brother's. We don't always get to Four-Nine because the hours rarely match up with my schedule but when we do it's always worth it as the kids find something to play with and since they can only pick one it makes it special to them."
