"This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! My pedicure and manicure are atrocious!!! Looks like a child painted my nails! Very inexperienced tech! Never will I go here again- first and LAST!"

"Suki was a fantastic nail tech who tried to make Me feel as comfortable as possible, due to being inside Walmart they seemed to be extremely busy so I recommend making a appointment as though they do take walk ins but she asked Me what I wanted I showed her a pic an an she tried to give me just that only complaint is that it is a tad bit pricey it seemed."

"I love my nails! I went to get acrylics for the first time today and I'm so happy with how they turned out! I can't recall the name of my nail tech but she did an excellent job!"

"Excellent service. Loved my natural looking nails. I went in for a refill and Zuki helped me and did a great job. I have very sensitive nails and she listened and did a great job. I didn't feel a thing. I will definitely recommend them and will go back."

"When I first visited in 2014, it seemed like a nice family operated business with husband, wife, daughter (and now niece). The husband and wife were very quiet, but the daughter was a bit more engaging. They did good work and I wanted to support their family business. So, I began going monthly 2016-2017, but stopped going for about a year when I started to get the sense they didn't like me (I thought maybe they didn't like that I ask them to correct any nails they've filed asymmetrically). I would try to make small talk with whoever was doing my nails (wife or daughter), but they seemed reluctant to engage, especially the daughter. Still, I think sometime in March of 2019, I decided to give them another try. The wife, Suel or Sue (I'm not sure) worked on me then and introduced me to chrome nails ($15 more). She gave me a perfect chrome manicure. So I started going back regularly again to get the chrome nails in different colors. My next visit I met the niece, Eva. She is generally more friendly and chattier overall than the others. However, I think she needs to slow down and give more attention to detail. The first time, her job was a bit messy around the edges, but the nails had a nice smooth mirror-like chrome finish. The next time, I got Eva again (I think the others avoid me). I was the last client just before close. I didn't really pay close attention at the salon because she had done my nails good enough before. So when I got home I noticed the same messy edges on my fingernails, but the chrome finish wasn't evenly applied and/or missing along the edges and the polish on my toe nails were all smeared because apparently they weren't completely dry when I left the salon. There was also some of the old nail color left along the edges of a few of my toes. So I returned the next day and spoke to the husband to ask that the problems be fixed. At first he said he didn't see anything wrong, but then he looked at my fingers under a light and glanced at my toes. It was too close to closing so he asked me to come back the next day. The next day Eva simply fixed the offending fingernails and painted right over the smudged toe nail polish. When I arrived I forgot to mention the old nail color that was left on; so I let it slide. The next visit, my fourth chrome manicure, the daughter serviced me. She didn't seem happy. I tried to engage in conversation, but she responded with brief answers. With each step of the manicure she asked if it was ok before moving on. I thought that was very considerate. Once we moved over to the pedicure station, I noticed the chrome finish was spotty like an old mirror losing its reflective layer (see below). The daughter must have seen my expression and she asked me what's wrong now?!? I told her the finish looked spotty. She told me she just knew I'd find something wrong because I'm too picky. She said I'm "honestly pickier than most." She said knowing I'm picky, they do they're extra best to do a good job. I told her I appreciate that. She reminded me that when she asked me I said my nails were fine this time. I explained maybe under the other lighting it wasn't as noticable. I dropped it then, but as I was leaving I asked her if I should go somewhere else to get my nails done because I don't want anyone uncomfortable working with me. She said she can't tell me not to come there. (I realized that was an awkward question) I also suggested there may be others just as "picky," but they just don't say anything or come back. It's true that I want to get what I'm paying for and if I notice a messed up finish, I'll point it out, especially if I'm paying extra for it. I like my nails a particular shape (flat top, rounded edges), some places have told me it's a rounded square shape, but that description doesn't work here unless you work with Sue (the wife). If you're not "too picky" and you won't ask that imperfections be corrected, this is the perfect nail salon for you--little wait time and polite, but sensitive staff. I will be going somewhere else."
