"My absolute favorite nail salon in the area! Every technician here has so much experience and really listens to what you want. They do what you asked and then some. Their work is also very neat. The manicures and pedicures are wonderful. Also, if you call beforehand, there usually isn’t much wait time. Highly recommend! Side note: When I chose my color today, she tried it on my nails before starting my manicure just to make sure I liked the color; how thoughtful!"

"I had an appointment on 5/13 @9:00AM. The services I received were a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was nice, no complaints. However, my manicure was such a disappointment. I've been getting dip manicures regularly for the past 2 years (at a different nail salon) and I loved it every time. For convenience, I decided to come to this location. Right off the bat, I could tell the tech was inexperienced. She filed my nails unevenly so I respectfully asked her to fix it. She was inconsistent with application so one hand got about 6-10 layers of powder, while the other hand had approximately no more than 3 layers. I'm left with one hand looking thicker than the other and my nails look very unnatural. I've been to other places where they have no problems with application and my nails turn out to look very natural, as they should. I just felt like I wasn't being heard and was given excuses for the results even though I've had techs in the past who've had no issues. I respect all of their hard work, however, I will not continue to support this business."

"Please don’t waste your time at this nail salon, my nail tech did a horrible job. Totally NOT worth $42. Mind you I did mention I did not like the nails and this was her “best” attempt at correcting her service. All I wanted was a simple gel manicure. She mentioned the color was “tricky” and made me flinch 5x with how much pressure she was using with her electric drill, which I’m sure was the problem as in why the polish didn’t lay properly on my nail."

"Overall, very pleased with the results and I feel excellent! I read the reviews before i came, while they were not glowing, i went anyhow since it is the only salon in the immediate area. Lisa was my pedicurist and she was very focused and professional with my pedicure. The massage chairs provide very good quality chair massages compared to others I have used. Lisa was very proficient and even used as timer to track the lower leg treatments and ensure balanced care. The salon was quiet and peaceful and conversations were not held between nail professionals as care was provided. If you are concerned about being charged for the wrong service due to language barrier in any nail Salon, I recommend pointing to your selection on the services menu provided. I did this because of other reviews. The staff was very friendly and accommadating and no mis-communications took place. I will return here in the future."
