"Second time coming here, first time was OK.. I usually get tips and dip, they are quick but when I left I noticed that my nails were different lengths. I decided I wanted to give it another try since it's so close to my home. And this time my nail beds are completely uneven and they feel lumpy."

She does MINK lashes and they last long and look great. Does great nails and I love how she does my eyebrows. "I'm a work-a-holic. (Stay with me, I'm going somewhere with this story). My feet sometime may feel like Myra off of the show Martin. But it doesn't look like it. Just a little rough. Anyway... My birthday was coming up, but I didn't have time to get my nails and feet done during the day. Cara kindly met with me early in the morning to meet my needs. She scrub the dead skin from birth off my feet, she did a great job on my nails, and the eyebrows, whew *chefs kiss*. I have been going to the stylist Cara who used to work at another location. She transferred to Inspire Nails. The ambience and customer service has been amazing. The energy is comfortable. They don't rush you even if their busy. If they are speaking in their native tongue, it's about how to help you. (How do I know?) I translate a little bit. Even the employees help each to ensure everyone is successful. Let's just say, I felt like I came from a spa. Overall, it's a nice place. If you're looking for good service, creative or regular nails, this is your place. They are a little pricey but they are about giving you a great experience."

"I visited this place today for a dip nail service. The nail technician was last named Le. She was friendly but unfortunately her quality was not up to standard. Very messy and my nails were left with areas where she did not cover well with paint. For the prices they charge here they should be more consistent with the quality and customer service or better technicians. Based on the pictures I posted you can see how messy and sloppy the paint was left and I’m sure if I noticed it the technician noticed but she did not bother to clean it up. I did mention the poor quality to the male receptionist in the front about how one of the nails was terribly done but I did not have time to get it fix today since she also messed up with my color the first round and so if I could come back a different day. All he asked was for the color of the nail but did not take my name down or apologize for the poor quality and seemed upset that I was sharing my concern about the service overall. I usually go to the inspire nail in Rockville and I will just continue to go there as this one here in Bowie is no comparison."
