"My favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are on top of the nail trends and can do ANY DESIGN. The staff are so nice and gentle, Christina and misa did an amazing job. I’m excited to go back and can’t wait to get my nails done again. THEY ARE THE BEST!! MY FAVORITE NAILS TO DATE! I wore theses for 3 weeks, went swimming, climbing, did lots of physical activities that required hand movements and they didn’t fall off!!!"
"0 stars. I'm a long time customer if previous Owners of this establishment. There are No license displayed for their workers... and not all wear gloves while working. My boyfriend got a manicure and she files his males and left them with the file-groves on them. They did not buff them out to shine (you can see the file groves on his fingernails in these pictures). We both still have excess skin on our feet from the pedicure. I paid $8+ for callus remove (cheese grater tool) and it was either not sharp enough or they did not know how to use it. They did not file my top-side toenails nor clean under the nails. $120 for work I could have done at home. I used to go her under previous management. She would offer water, snacks, tea, and food conversation - offer discounts for # of times visited (used an interactive app). This is now a learning studio piggy-bavking off of previous owners."
"I hate giving that 1 star here , rather give 0 rating to the current management. I did nail extension- which I don't have complaints about. I did waxing service with them - it has been a night mare since then, the technician is not an experienced person along with the owner(lady). They have ruined my skin, I've red patches on the right arm , under arm. If you aint professionals better don't take any customers. I recommend no one should visit Nature nails blindly. I liked the old management way better than the current ones. I really need refund for the waxing service and you should remove the waxing services from the catalogue and change the lady who does waxing. Hate it and never visiting back."
