"I walked in with an injured left ring finger asked her to be careful, granted she was, except sometimes it seems like she forgot. However, I don’t think this woman has ever done dip nails in her life. The job is completely unfinished. There’s residue from the drill underneath every nail, they’re crooked, shorter than I wanted them, no nail is the same length and shape, and none of the color is consistent every part of my nails are different shades. She even cut me with the drill twice. The reviews of this place made me hopeful, I did not receive a single bit of the amazing treatment others say they did so beware and take your chances."

"Picture talks for themselves. This is a 47$ pedicure!!!they charge extra for exfoliating and yet they do nothing. I asked them to use more grater on foot to remove callouses and dead skins but she hesitated. Even they do not use razor. I have been in several places but wonder how those 5 stars come from for soleil nail spa considering their price!! And then I see here they and friends review themselves with 5 star. When i asked them politely and with smile to please do a little more to remove deadskins, they said we follow state rule and cannot do more. You can use other places for pedicure!! We are afraid of being sued so this is the far we can go ! ! Such an interest in satisfying and keeping customers. Oh and also at checkout , out of blue, i was told that we need to pay rent so we charge more. Thanks for unnecessary information."
