"Reggie is the best! He is so professional and knowledgeable with all their products. We bought a mattress from Reggie in this store one years ago and now my parents want to buy one for themselves. Because of Reggie's service we decided to drive 40 minutes back to this store even though we move away from that area, and luckily we met Reggie again! "I was blown away by Josh's professionalism and willingness to help even when he knew he was not getting a sale. I was honest with him and told him I had purchased online and made a mistake and needed to test a different bed real quick. I told him i didn't want to waste his time and he insisted on still helping me make sure I made the right decision this time around. You would have thought I spent $10k with him.
