Walmart Supercenter 299 Valley Gate Drive, Warrington, PA 18976

"The staff are very rude. Well at least in electronics. I tried calling the store to talk to the manager and I couldn’t even get through. I was with my son trying to get a Nintendo switch controller, and it’s locked up so I rang the bell, waited, kept waiting., then I heard someone say I’ll be right there.. so we waited some more, then i just spoke out “anyone there..?!” Can we get some help please?” So wait A bit more then here comes this lady huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes. Came over to me and did not say one word to me didn’t even look at me!!! I was polite asking if I can please see this one, and that one etc. and she still was not looking or saying one thing to me. So I gave her back her controllers and said wow you don’t need to be so rude about it..!!! Like if you hate your job that bad it’s time to quit. She laughed and said “I said not one word to you!” Ummm exactly.., you should at least say “Hi.!” And make eye contact maybe…!I work in retail and I understand how frustrating and rude people can be but I was just waiting.., she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. Just awful customer service and behavior. Very rude. Well they lost a sale from me because of that terribly rude lady and unpleasant experience!"

"The staffs at self-check are lack of training. I stuck with that machine for more than 15 mins and couldn’t make the payment—the staff just stayed at the back and watched. When I asked for help, the staff completely don’t know how to get the Walmart pay work. After several times of trying, another staff stop by and suggested the original staff to switch to a different machine and it finally worked. I felt so frustrated that I need to spent so much time to try to do the troubleshooting by myself and that should had been the staff’s job. The system is also the worst. Please make a straightforward payment system otherwise please just accept the fact and make Apple Pay available! Very very poor service!"

"Overall, a pretty decent Walmart. I do believe they are a bit short staffed. I especially detest picking up orders at the Photo Center because there is no one ever there!!! There is always a sign that says to go find an Electronics Sales Associate, but many times they are never there as well. I once had to wait 30 mins to pick up some prints. This Walmart would be rated higher if they could address that single problem. Overall, a very convenient Walmart location. Update: I truly cannot understand Customer Service etiquette anymore. Does it no longer exist? Came to pick up some prints at the Photo Center. The lady there was working on the receipt machine. She saw me. But completely ignored me. Doesn't greet me and doesn't even say, "I will be right with you" 2 minutes, turns into 5, turns into 10. She starts getting upset, yelling, even pounding on the counter in frustration. Which I understand. Work can be frustrating, especially around the holidays, which is why I was being patient. But this is just becoming rude and extremely poor customer service. Then she turns around in frustration and yells. "Im so done with this!!!" Sees me again. Yet, doesnt say a word. By this time I'm getting extremely frustrated as all of our times are limited and valuable and to lose it over an incompetent employee was a waste of time.. She talks with another employee as she continues to work on the reciept machine. So I tracked another employee down asking him to help and he looks over and says she will help you. I said, "She won't" Then he saw the look in my eye and understood. He got my order for me which took 5 seconds. The she turned to him and said, "Thank you. I didn't see him waiting there" Uhm. No. You saw me at least 3 times, waiting for you."

"Bathrooms are decently clean although 90% of the stalls do not lock. One out of the two soap dispensers do not work. I wasn't allowed to carry my perfume to the register and the employee told me it would be waiting at lane 10 once I was ready to check out. I arrived at lane 9, ready to check out and the cashier gave me a hassel saying I needed to go to lane 10. There was no one behind me, but lane 10 was busy with a two cart shopper. I was flabbergasted. Their Christmas selection was weak and depressing. Blender bottles were nowhere to be found, no green socks, I don't understand what the employees do all day, I saw two of them walk past me twice with no real agenda other than chattering. On the bright side, they have a subway. And good job on the cake pops."

"This Walmart only puts half their parking lot lights on at night. Their management is making the poor cart collector navigate the busy lot in the dark by himself. Women shopping alone or with children, please park to the garden center side. It’s incredibly difficult to see, feels super unsafe, and its very dangerous with cars trying to navigate with no lighting in and out of spots."
