"**UPDATE** **I was contacted by customer service and offered a refund or another stand. I chose another stand. It arrived a few days later and works as advertised. Still a little harder to lift than I imagined, but MUCH better then before. Giving it a 4 star review because of the haste of the first stand.** I just received this yesterday and for the price I paid I am not impressed. The stand came with lots of scratches and imperfections. The boxing it came in was fine which leads me to believe that it was packaged up and sent out damaged. I chose this size because it was specifically for two monitors. While the monitors fit on the stand it is extremely heavy to lift. The hydraulics are literally doing nothing. And when I pull the handle it lower it, it’s a straight drop. No slow decent like advertised. There was no indication that I needed to be a body builder to raise and lower the stand. I’m am very unhappy with this product. The damage to the product is one thing, but the false advertisement is the worst part."
"I ordered a stand up desk and didn't read the description very well and it didn't work for how I was using it. I contacted the company to see if there was a "fix" for my situation and let me tell you, their customer service is EXCELLENT! I was able to return the original item and got one that fit my needs. I love my new stand up desk. It is amazing! This is a very "Stand Up" company and their products are well built. You won't be disappointed."
"My office now has 3 stand steady desks (out of 4), and my home office has 1! I also use the traveling standing desks when I travel and at conferences. I can't rave enough about how great this product is. Beyond the usual benefits of better posture, burning calories, I really like * we play music in our office - and sometimes you get to dance a little! * it is SO MUCH easier to stand next to someone and review something at a computer than fit 2 bulky chairs * getting rid of the chairs in our office made the room feel much bigger LOVE my Stand Steadys!"
