"I’ve only been a few times but has always been a pleasant experience. I wanted to leave this review to really recognize the girl at the front Chloe. She was very nice on the phone and when I came in. Seemed to be working hard the whole time and seemed like the phone barely rang before she was quick to respond to the next customer. I haven’t been asked yet to schedule the next appointment after one and she did, from a business standpoint it secures me coming in again. The past few times I came the girl at the front was getting her nails done while on the job. I hope you guys treat the young girl Chloe at the front great. It is clear she is a great employee!"

"I usually have a great experience with Pamper Me but this experience was not the best. The receptionist didn’t seemed thrilled to be working there but was friendly. Usually they ask me if I want anything but this time nobody asked me. I do appreciate that I can call on the same day and get an appointment. Usually the place is very clean but the floor was dirty. The person who did my pedicure was nice but the service seemed rushed towards the end. I will go back because I generally like the work that’s done and the service that I have received in the past."

"Extremely clean which I really liked. The younger girl that greets you when you come in was very sweet and friendly.... she was the only one. The rest of the staff seemed less than pleased to be working and it was quite obvious. I won't go back even though they did a good job. It's about $10 more than other places in the area and definitely not worth it since it doesn't seem like your business is appreciated."

"This was my first time visiting Pamper me nail bar in Cockeysville and I wish I could say I felt pampered but that was not my experience. Let me start by saying my nails turned out fine, but the technician cut my cuticles with the Dremel, not once, not twice but three times, like, I bled each time. She never asked my name, didn't offer me anything to drink, though others were being offered something and it was $72.00 for acrylics. I thought that was high. Based on the service and the price I didn't leave a tip, which I felt was fair and I will not go back. I always tell a business when I am happy with a service, so I think it's only right to say when I am not."
